What formats can I upload?
Spreadsheets (xlsx, csv), Word documents and pasted text. The parser is deliberately tolerant - buyers' questionnaires never follow a template, so ours doesn't expect one.
Will it make claims that aren't true?
No - that's the design principle. Answers are drafted only where evidence supports them; everything else is flagged for you. A questionnaire is a representation to a customer, so honesty is a feature, not a limitation.
Do I need connectors set up first?
The more Assura can see, the more it can draft - but assessments, policies and your refined previous answers all feed it too. Most teams connect their identity suite first and grow from there.
Can it fill in buyer portals directly?
Portals (like OneTrust or whistic-hosted reviews) vary too much for safe automation today - export your answers and paste into the portal. The drafting time is where the week goes; that's the part Assura removes.
